ANNOUNCEMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SELECTION RESULTS FOR RECRUITMENT OF RECEPTIONISTS

Based on the assessment conducted by the Receptionist Selection Team at the Statistic of South Kalimantan Province, the following information is announced:

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

A. The names of participants who passed the administrative selection can be found in the attached list.

B. Participants who are declared successful must attend the next selection stage, which includes a written test and a practical test to be held offline on:

Date: Monday, January 17, 2022 

Time: 10:00 AM until finished 

Place: Office of the Statistic of South Kalimantan Province

C. Participants are expected to arrive at least 30 minutes before the test begins.

D. The written test will cover topics related to BPS, general knowledge, and specific fields.

E. The practical test will involve guest reception procedures and the use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

F. Participants must dress neatly and appropriately (t-shirts, jeans, and sandals are not allowed) and wear a three-layer mask.

G. Participants are required to bring an identification card (KTP or SIM) and their own writing instruments (pens).

I. OTHER PROVISIONS

A. The decision of the receptionist recruitment committee at the Statistic of South Kalimantan Province is final and cannot be contested.

B. Any changes related to the implementation of the receptionist recruitment at the Statistic of South Kalimantan Province will be communicated through the BPS website and social media (Instagram).

C. Beware of fraud claiming to represent the Statistic of South Kalimantan Province.

D. Participants are responsible for knowing and understanding this announcement.

E. There are no fees for any stages of the 2022 receptionist recruitment selection.

F. The success of participants is solely their own achievement. If any individuals promise success for any reason, it constitutes fraud. Participants, their families, and related parties are prohibited from giving or receiving anything unlawful. If any cheating is discovered later, the participant's success will be canceled, and legal action will be taken.

G. The results of the selection committee's decision are FINAL and cannot be contested.

H. Participants who pass the selection are NOT to be appointed as civil servants (CPNS).
