Training for F&B Provider Survey Officer (VREST for MSMEs & Large Businesses) Across SouthKalimantan

On Tuesday, May 7, 2024, the Statistic of South Kalimantan Province held training for officers of the Food and Beverage Providers Survey, commonly known as the VREST Survey, for 12 regencies and cities in South Kalimantan. The two-day training was conducted in a hybrid format, with the first day held virtually via Zoom on May 3, 2024, followed by in-person training at Favehotel Banjarbaru on May 7, 2024.

The purpose of the training was to equip the officers with knowledge about survey methodology, rules of conduct, and in-depth understanding of the use of the CAPI (Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing) application, which is utilized for field data collection. Through the VREST survey, information will be gathered on the general characteristics of businesses, worker characteristics, and financial reports of food and beverage providers.
