BPS South Kalimantan held its Quarter 4 Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) Meeting on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at the Meratus Hall. Led by the Head of BPS South Kalimantan, Martin Wibisono, the event was attended by all staff members with great enthusiasm to review 2024 achievements and develop strategic plans for 2025. Key agendas included performance evaluation, budget management, the development of the Integrity Zone, and monitoring the progress of the Strategic Plan (Renstra).
The meeting was further enlivened by the announcement of the Best Employee Awards for Q4 and 2024 as part of a reward and punishment system to encourage better performance. These awards serve as a form of appreciation and motivation for all employees to continue delivering their best contributions to the organization.
This event became even more special with the reaffirmation that BPS South Kalimantan has achieved the prestigious Corruption-Free Zone (WBK) title from the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan RB). This achievement underscores BPS's commitment to transparent and accountable governance.
The meeting closed 2024 on a high note of optimism and solidarity, while also setting the stage for a more robust plan in 2025. With shared commitment, BPS South Kalimantan is ready to face challenges and remain a trusted partner in providing quality statistical data.
