One of the surveys conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) is the National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) which is conducted twice a year, in March and September. Susenas as the mother of survey is a survey that contains a variety of complex variables and is expected to be able to produce various results
comprehensive socio-economic statistical data/information presented in the form of Public Welfare Statistics publication. Publication of People's Welfare Statistics is one of BPS responsibilities in an effort to provide sustainable, up to date and credible socio-economic data as input for
planning, monitoring and evaluation of national development as well as the Sustainable Development Goals (TPB) program, especially in the province of South Kalimantan.
The People's Welfare Statistics of South Kalimantan Province presented in this publication are sourced from the National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) conducted in March on 8,300 sample households in South Kalimantan spread across all regencies/cities.
