Statistic of South Kalimantan Province Wins 3rd Place at the National MTQ Expo

Banjar – To provide accessible information about its main activities to the public, Statistic of South Kalimantan Province participated in the National MTQ Expo, held at RTH Ratu Zalecha, Martapura, from October 12-16, 2022. BPS's booth was themed "Collaborating to Record Indonesia for a Prosperous Indonesia," showcasing three main activities: the Initial Data Collection for the Socio-Economic Registration (Regsosek), the 2023 Agricultural Census, and One Data Indonesia.

The BPS booth also employed interactive methods to engage visitors, using various games and Augmented Reality technology. Public enthusiasm for the BPS booth was high, as evidenced by more than 1,500 visitors during the expo.

At the closing ceremony, the organizing committee awarded booths based on three criteria: booth decoration, content presentation, and cultural elements. BPS South Kalimantan won third place in the Vertical Agency, Provincial Government, and University category, with the first place awarded to the Ministry of Religious Affairs and second place to the MSME Office of Central Kalimantan Province.
