Statistics of South Kalimantan Fast-Tracks 2026 Economic Census

Employees of Statistics of South Kalimantan Province, through the Task Force team, are supporting the acceleration of the 2026 Economic Census (SE2026) by assisting with business data collection along Jalan Ahmad Yani on Thursday, August 20, 2026.

This activity is part of an effort to strengthen field data collection so that all target businesses are fully enumerated in accordance with regulations. During the implementation, provincial Statistics employees accompanied the survey process for various types of businesses while explaining the objectives and importance of the 2026 Economic Census to business owners.

The involvement of the Statistikcs provincial Task Force team is expected to speed up completion so that the SE2026 implementation target can be met on schedule by the end of August 2026.

The 2026 Economic Census is an important momentum to generate accurate, complete, and reliable economic data as a foundation for policy formulation, development planning, and better decision-making in South Kalimantan and Indonesia.
