Labor Market Indicators Of Kalimantan Selatan Province August 2021

One of the most important sources of employment data in Indonesia is carried out by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) from the National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas). During the period February 2011-August 2014 Sakernas was conducted on a quarterly basis, and since February 2015 until now it has been held on a semi-annual basis. Since 2007 until now, the August Sakernas period can provide employment data up to the district/city level in South Kalimantan Province and it is hoped that this data can monitor the dynamics of employment on a regular and continuous basis. This publication displays the Key Indicators of the Labor Market (KILM) data series for South Kalimantan Province from August 2018 to August 2020. The indicators displayed refer to the KILM recommended by the ILO (International Labor Organization). The purpose of this publication is to provide an overview of the labor market conditions in South Kalimantan by presenting 12 KILM of the 20 KILM recommended by the ILO.
