Labor Market Indicator of Kalimantan Selatan Province August 2022

The National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) is an important source of employment data in Indonesia conducted by the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). Sakernas is carried out quarterly in the period February 2011- August 2014 and since February 2015 until now it has been carried out semi-annually. Sakernas for the August period is designed to be able to present employment indicators down to the district/city level and it is hoped that Sakerna data can describe the dynamics of employment on a regular and continuous basis.
The publication of Labor Market Indicators for the Province of South Kalimantan displays data in a time series (series). The indicators displayed refer to the Key Indicators of the Labor Market (KILM) recommended by the International Labor Organization (ILO). Writing this publication aims to describe the condition of the labor market in South Kalimantan and become a reference in various policies, especially those related to employment.
